"DEVIL+CALIBUR" and its goods

When considering which aspect of BUNBUN as an artist to emphasize, he wanted to affirm "otaku culture" around light novels scene as his background.

Within that context, he explored the creation of otaku goods from a different perspective. Regarding the Otaku T-shirt, he thought about incorporating both the functionality of wearing a shirt and the enjoyment of the graphics. He came up with the idea of creating an "ornamental Otaku T-shirt" that is specifically tailored to the latter aspect, thinking it would be interesting.
He sought advice from Ao Jyumonji, the author of "A Brave Heart of Red Rose," a work that he considers deeply rooted in his own. They collaborated on a new light novel and drew the Otaku T-shirt's graphic as a merchandise of the novel.

He planned the original story, characters, and merchandise that supports the content, and teamed up with writers to carefully build this world from the ground up.
